For what it's worth, to settle this squabbling, ASN does predominantly go down after market sensitive announcements (for once, someone actually said something statistically correct). Of the 229 market sensitive announcements since 2016-01-15, 135 of those days has seen a negative close an average of -4.28%.
It is fair to be pessimistic in that sense, however, the market has been red and ASN has been green to neutral following a CR so that's pretty good overall.
