volumes are pretty low, it's just retail day traders passing shares amongst themselves. they'll get caught in the next announcement.
will be interesting when the CHESS replacement comes in, I think a lot of this crap will disappear as the risk of being picked up as naked shorting will become almost certain and the traders relying on stacking the offer won't be able to stomach hit-lifts before they get their bid filled.
