It's a good raise, limited dilution really for targeted spending to get production on the road until there is a partner deal. Even if not many options come through, it cost relatively nothing, and of course Chia already exercised a ton so more in the kitty.

it's already a success and only has more upside, there's no way BBB comes out of this with any egg.
