ASN could raise another $9.8m through the options exercise by 29 Oct if all options are exercised.
The 24th Sep record date and the short expiry date on the oppies have both been cleverly structured to keep both the bid strong over the next few days (with the bonus option carrot) and then to raise nearly $10m additional cash within a short timeframe.
If all the bonus options are exercised, that’s another $23.6m (if you include the options to Evolution) in the kitty potentially.
