    I have just been on the phone to ASIC and basically they can't do anything until instructed to by the courts.

    They suggested to keep an eye on www.insolvencynotices.asic.gov.au

    ASIC also said that all dealings / trading would be looked at by any appointed liquidators to see if there is reason believe there was insolvent trading.

    I'm keen to know if anyone knows anything further about todays case.
