"Lots of insolvency and wind up notices" - except in GCN's announcements to ASX. I had wondered whether that was a breach of ASX listing rules, but presumably not. Or else the ever optimistic Richard Li believes the cases will evaporate in the courts, and so do not threaten GCN's solvency.

Perhaps somebody could tell us what the ASX listing rules say about reporting pending legal cases against a listed company.
