    I am not a sophisticated or professional investor.

    I would worry about having SIS underwriting the new issue, as well as upping their line of credit to GCN. What do we know about the financial strength of SIS? Nothing - until the court case against SIS is continued later this month.

    Silly, ignorant me - how naive and unsophisticated I am left feeling.
