Interesting that in the announcement they say “a majority of the board of directors requests that all shareholders...” would it be safe to presume preempt (Mr. Bennett) is the one who is voting against rather than for? At a minimum one of the directors is opposing the rest of the board on this matter. Surely as he now has inside information he would be voting for what will make the company stronger... after all he is a major shareholder. Hopefully he has an ace up his sleeve and it’s not all doom and gloom
