it’s not customary at all. That is false. No company explicitly tells the market who has taken stock in a placement unless a) the entity who has purchased the stock requests/agrees to it or b) if a company seems the purchaser to be strategic and outs them. B) is extremely unusual and I can only remember 2-3 cases where this has happened.
i personally do not like this company and think they have massively underplayed the impact of covid, especially in regards to revenue outside of China (and their ability to get money out of China), but it does need to be said that your assertions are false.
