all in my opinion it shows they are in deep high level negotiations with one or more of these cornerstone investors( in particular with the global European physical Energy commodities merchant) for either a JV of the lithium hydroxide plant in Europe and elsewhere and/or likely possibility for further off takes either the PLS( primary lithium sulfate) and/or sc6
and they don't want to show their hand and it's confidential to prying eyes and potential other negotiating parties
looks good to me, just gotta play the waiting game
