Long, long time PCL holder.
I can't state enough how much this pisses me off.
Its not just PCL either.

ASX should make it that shareholders are offered first unless there is an extremely good reason.
Not enough time is just pure bull.

Once again we are treated like chumps while they line their mates pockets with sweet heart deals.
Plus 6% fee!!
People on here would have taken up to the $5mill.
If there was not enough time then they should have to explain to shareholdes and ASX why there was not enough time.
Rather than spending time at golf course or on their boat, we pay for, they should be in the office sorting this out earlier.

Just total rubbish from out board - next they will ask us to trust them.

I would love it if enough s/h could be organised to vote NO to the proposal and give the board a solid kick up the ass.
