Well this sucks for existing shareholders who are not "sophisticated".
Those privileged "professional and sophisticated" investors will be selling their newly minted shares straight away and then exercising their options for a free 10% profit. Us mug punters can only watch from the sidelines as the share price is forced down.
I see they say it is value-accretive for existing shareholders on a ex-tax NAV basis. I wonder if that is the ex-tax NAV from four weeks ago or the current NAV, which is probably higher. I also wonder if it includes the expenses in doing the issue.
Glad I do not own these guys.
