What state was that other company in? In WA it is very friendly towards mining. The leases BTR have, have no native title as they were before the date. This is makes them worth alot more not only not having to pay the native people money but the legality. BTR wouldn't have a hard time I don't believe with the mines dept. Having owned leases in WA I say I form that opinion. I think BTR has a trump card at the moment. At the moment we haven't quite got there with our own resources. But there are a few in our vicinity that have. I recently put up a comparison of what Rox is going to pay for a plant similar size to ours. That is enmouous money. It would be easier getting our plant renovated and treating at our plant. The cost saving especially in a volitile time like now it's win for us and them.
