myASX and Maverick1975 ... What are your thoughts on the pending Riva deal? If management sign a HOA soon and maps out a blueprint for rolling out Megastar in India, would you say that this deal would have a major positive impact on Megastar's future? I believe that Riva will be responsible for operating and funding the marketing expansion into India and other territories, so surely this is a good thing right?
Have either of you done any research on Riva? What's your opinion of this company? Would they make a good partner for MSM?
