Dobs, they had 7,403 shareholders as at 30 June and I wouldn't have thought that it would have got any less since then.
So, there will be a lot of competition for those SPP shares at that juicy price. And with only 469 million shares on issue, IF they stick to staying under the 15% Rule, there will only be around 25 million shares left after having already issued 45 million under the Placement.
Sounds very much like a first come first served rush to me with a very likely oversubscription and a lot missing out on that full $15,000 "entitlement".
But, the Board might go for more and we won't know that for a few more days.
