Ben has stepped down to a NED position so he would not be being paid an executive salary anymore. I would be surprised if he stays around for much longer given the change at the board level. I know from my time at SIS that Ben tried his best and SIS wouldn’t be alive today without his efforts.
Everything now rests on Fadi getting sales traction and getting SIS to profitability in 2024. This raise really is the last roll of the dice for SIS. The promise is still there as it has been for years, but the execution has been lacking for one reason or another - some internal and some external. There are no more chances.
If anyone is wondering I haven’t sold any shares, but I also did not participate in the raise.
