I would add after checking the background of the new director it screams that his appointment was part of the placement (family or friend of someone).
He is a young fellow with some background in the property market and now he is trying to transition to ESG sector without any experience or education in it. Not talking about experience in managing a listed company. Nothing against him but 8 months ago we had @Davisite on board.
Only hope is that he has some rich family and friends in Asia and thousands of followers to create reddit like pump.
SIS has currently no capacity to expend into new market. Barely left any people in the company with no cash.
