I'm another 2018 vintage holder... and I also am mildly sickened by this. Not the cap raise, but the director appointment - like other posters here I recall Dr T posting that a major factor in his departure from the company was SIS saving the cost of his fee and yet at the time when cash is scarce and the metaphorical ice is thinnest we find that we have a new guy on board for no particular reason.
I think I should probably stick to ETFs from now on...
