Excellent result. Institutions obviously see great value in NTC and were happy to pay $2.95 p/s. IMO this is a great vote of confidence in NTC and bodes well for the future. Momentarily putting my black hat on, based on the announcement I'm slightly disappointed that the buy-in was not a bit higher than $2.95 when it was heavily oversubscribed at an indicative price of $2.93. Now we just have to see have the SP responds with institutions having more skin in the game. Hopefully they won't sell out for a quick profit.
