While I am grateful that the leadership has taken risk to get the show off the ground, salaries are still strong; meaning their is incentive for strong performance, though lack of consequence of bad performance. If this all fails, then they just move on, no worries. Personally, this is more indicative of the general conditions of ASX governance and lack of ASIC oversight into the markets. At the very least, these guys have a history of delivering. 

This is the first major investment I have made into a non-producing junior. A lot has been learned. I think a few more lessons will be meted out before we strike a blow in anger.
