Understand what you are saying Mr Tech Laden , but if I new that some very positive news was on the way in the very short term ,as a board I would raise a small amount and post some contractual deals with major tech/automotive take your pick of amount and at a much higher price , or maybe even then a large strategic tech cornerstone investor in the USA. ?
