    re: Ann: VPE: Placement, development programm... guttedsquid: 27 mio. would only roughly (IF my rough calculation is correct) represent 3c towards the approx. 800 mio ITC share that VPE is not holding as yet.
    So, it would have to be in combination with a script offer, obviously...
