    Yes that's the way I see it. Anyone buying at 0.001 today is effectively paying 6c post-consolidation pricing.

    - 6m at 0.001: cost base $6,000.
    - 100,000 sh post-consolidation.
    - take up full 3 for 2 allocation. 150,000 sh @ 1c. Adds $1,500 to cost base (total now $7,500).
    - result: 250,000 shares for $7,500, avge cost is 3c/sh.

    At 0.001 the current enterprise value (mcap - cash) today is c$1.2m. Post consolidation and raise, at the nominal buyer's 3c breakeven, the EV would be c$2.35m. The EV pre today's announcement was c$2.35m, so reasonable to think it could trade at that level again. But balancing that against the likelihood of it trading below 3c at some point (perhaps well below), or deal not being approved...?
