On the tenuous assumption that these resolutions are passed at the general meeting, will the ASX, whose charter is to run an orderly market, approve such a shafting of existing shareholders and option holders in particular? Unless something spectacular turns up within a year, the options with an exercise price of $0.60, in one fell swoop are nothing more than bin fodder.
