I alwasys wondered about a CR and the ability for cornerstone investors to immediately dump their shares on open for a handy profit. Is there any regulations in place that you can't sell your shares until a certain time? I thought I read in this thread as well that these investors might not even have these shares at their disposal yet. Is this the case?
