I posted similar also only 1-2 days before they announced the CR outlining all the financials, working capital and the need to raise heading into post launch requirements. To give everyone a clear idea at the expected $160m cost between now and full satellite placement, they need about $1.8-3m working capital per month, take that into consideration when investing short.
A lot of people sitting on a free float since 2-4c so that is why register is tighter, if anything goes wrong this could plunge to 8-10c a share, but if everything goes well 40-50c by end of testing period is possible. No point speculating either way, it is basically a 50/50 coin flip that has been mitigated by as much on ground testing as possible to ensure proper functionality in space, nothing is certain as seen from Elon Musk's exploding satellites.
