    I hope they wait regarding a new Chairman, until post a working chip. Other wise that'll be another big package of cheap shares and options.

    Likewise a return of Ken, can't be much to do until PL4 arrives and is tested, if it fails then it'll be onto PL5, and we still won't need a Chariman or Ken.

    We gave Dave a pay rise, so let him earn it.
