These guys had Japanese investors that grew impatient of their empty promises and jumped ship years ago.
They also have a whole bunch of investors from 2018 that got bored of them moving the goalposts time and time again, and exited stage left.
They have the most number of burnt investors (read suckers) from 2021, when all the promises of 'not if but when' and 'once the cell is done the platform lot is the easy part' turned into more relocation of the goal posts. JD literally did a homer simpson into the ferns, everyone who has been around or come in since have left, except the numpty in Perth.
Yeah, there is a chance they pull this off, but anyone who is puzzled by why its under the radar, or thinks that they are closer than ever, really needs to wake up and smell the cheese, because it stinks.
