4DS Memory is a research and development company and are working on cutting edge technology to augment a $105b USD DRAM market. Post fab qualification at imec, 4DS will be able to present its results to memory buyers or high volume manufacturers.

4DS Memory at a single cell level (Non-Platform Lots) have achieved the metrics that the industry would be interested in. Those metrics were provided by Western Digital (Additional Platform Lot).

4DS Memory are now trying to integrate it’s memory cell’s with imec’s megabit platform which is as of today known as Platform 4.

If 4DS Memory successfully integrates with imec’s megabit array then the market will speak for itself.

From that point 4DS Memory would be prime for a takeover by the likes of Micron, Samsung and so on.

Post successful Platform 4, 4DS Memory will continue to develop and improve it’s technology (adding further value) up until a take over is triggered.

4DS Memory is an acquisition play.
