The SP won't be moving for a while with all those shares to get through.
Cannot say that I am impressed with the "Use of funds" blurb. Not overly descriptive with what they are going to do with that money. Just you know, do some stuff with our stuff and look for other stuff....
If they do not use these funds effectively, I am not sure that people will be lining up to give them more.
