I agree with you @stormer - there's no reason why we should see a share price fall. In fact, we are more likely to see a share price spike.
That's why I don't think we will see much volume if any on offer near the placement price.
It will be intriguing to see how this plays out. We might hit 9-10 cents sooner rather than later, now that 1ST is cashed up and ready to kick further goals....
