Raising $165m at $5.5 per new share means 30m new shares. That would be ~15% increase in the total share count, so this is a fairly big capital raising for BVS and this will impact our share price in the short term. It depends on your investment time frame, I am believe BVS will become a successful global company in the long run, so I will hold and possibly stump up in the coming days. 24 months ago, BVS is just a local small cap based in Melbourne. For it to become more globalised, organic growth is not enough, so it needs the cash to make strategic acquisitions, I support strategic vision of the management and I believe they will succeed.
