Yep, the board has very successfully played a long game here, freely and eagerly assisted by a few supremely naive forum members that just cannot comprehend the part they unwittingly played.
These same easily manipulated forum soothsayers saw absolutely no problem with Palermo's attempt to gain a lazy $1.5m for introducing Danny from across the hall. In fact these clowns advocated daily for the deal to go ahead and gave all manner of dire consequences if Danny didn't come on board. For the more astute here this raised red flags and air raid sirens were howling. Covid gave an opportunity for shareholders to organise,consolidate and punt the board.......sadly, it's all history now and shareholders now have zero voting power.
Nothing now can be done - a distant ship smoke on the horizon. Bottom drawer stuff and possibly in the future shareholders can reduce their losses.
