The CR is discounted to get institutions on board. Company has avoided public CR costs and also the unexpected that goes with it. I was quite happy that it was fully funded as we all know we needed more money to create the 2 companies which need $1mil each. Where did you expect the money was coming from? Today sp held up well as we filtered out the weak hands. I was expecting it would drop to 1c but held up well. There may be more drops later in the week but hey if you dont trust the company then might as well drop out.
