The discount amount was hugely disappointing to me though raising a good chunk like $10 million in one of the hottest sectors is a wise move. I'd suspect they are further advanced down the path of an acquisition than the announcement would suggest though that is just speculation. An acquisition of quality at this point in time could be huge for MXC and if not then we're certainly cashed up and ready to capitalise on medical marijuana boom we're experiencing right now.
