Quite often people who participated in the raise would have already held shares and/or options.
They offload today and wait for their raise shares to come through and hold onto those.
Sell today - 0.40-0.5c heads + 0.1c heads = 0.5-0.6c
Raise shares 0.45 with free option worth 0.1c = 0.35c
Make a 30-40% profit by selling today and waiting for their raise shares, this means however that they will very likely hold onto their raise shares so we likely won't see much selling when they're allocated.
