Agreed.... Looks like they now have the funding finalize project construction....
It is also comforting that it is the local pension fund supporting the project...They are unlikely to be sellers of the stock...
Also interesting that the company highlighted that there were still 169m shares available to be placed...
Would not surprise me to see that get placed as well at 3.5cps...
