The fact that the Pension fund has come back and brought in considerably more shares than it had already, is an indications they are really behind the push to get the project to first revenues. They would have done serious due diligence before committing. After the serious fall in the share since their original investment. I am sure this action will be a catalyst for the rest of the placement begin placed with in the time frame set out!
