Ann: Placement of New Shares to Raise $2.7 million, page-3

I could say "good talking to get this placement away" in today's investment climate. However, 2c per new share plus 3 year option with 3c exercise price kind of shows:
a) how desperate they are
b) how difficult it is for small speculative explorers and developers to raise funds at present (cf CYM, HGO, LCL, HIO, TMZ, GMR, and so on)

The stuff up over Gold Links has certainly not helped to give investors confidence in management despite the new JV arrangement and that has certainly contributed to the poor CR. Can they deliver on Colosseum (gold) and how much in earnings will Gold Links actually contribute? Can they find material REE at Colosseum without going broke?
IMO, best not to put too much money into this crowd but spread it around a number of other speccies as well.
