Please remember that directors are salesman and they sell there company to shareholders and potential shareholders, of course they are going to make it better than it is. Finance isn't secured, the mining license isn't secured, because of this the shares will slowly reduce over time, because time is the enemy. That's why you find nearly every company always over estimates time required, why to try and hold the share price high
