Doesn't the up-to 85% finance scare people. I wouldn't call that a strong endorsement, could be 1% up-to 85%
I don't like the tone of language like that. Gives management get out clauses and if finance isn't obtained, they can argue, that it's refinance company not us. We qualified our statement. Seen it plenty of times before. History is a good guide, what's going to happen in future
