With an estimated Capex of $400 million who will pay for this SALT plant? AVQ cannot afford this and Incor will ask for a huge percentage of Kolosori if they have to bear this cost, basically diluting AVQ to a very small holding. Maybe this is what Incor want.
And as far as I know it has never been installed. Just trialed.

Sounds like the SIG has plenty of infighting going on. Looks like a decision is nowhere near close.
