So, my only thought here is which particular 'professional' and or 'sophisticated' investors this clown show managed to wrangle 2.23 mill out of?

This is a lifestyle company that pays the directors a nice salary for moving the piece of paper from the left side of the desk to the right, very occasionally in between stints at the Cafe for breakfast and lunch. I have a right to make this observation because I have had the utter misfortune of holding shares here for several years. In that time, nothing has happened at all except that the value of my initial investment has diminished by about 70%.

I have no faith in management's ability to help me recoup my losses and I defy them to prove me wrong.
