    was just about to post and write the same thing @NeverGoFull ............

    not real happy about this, in fact its quite needless... except for the fact Barclay Wells copped a pineapple taking up all those 2 cent oppies so i think its fairly obvious its the reason why the placement was undertaken, so i guess if the shares go to strong hands then i am ok with it....
