The Ausmin acquisition has already been announced and well and truly factored in by the market.

In fact the recent announcement shows the total issued shares including the total to Ausmin. Another announcement confirming the date that Ausmin actually gets the shares won't change the current SP.

In terms of dilution, that has already happened. Even Ausmin are now down from 22% to around 17% since the CR.

I don't think this will go below 2.7. You have to remember that the top 20 hold approx 50% of all shares, then the people who bought into the CR at 2.7 aren't going to sell for a loss.

If your waiting for the SP to get to low 2's then I think you could well miss out. News won't be far off, right now is a good buying opportunity imo.
