It appears the ASX forced this action on IMI but IMI didn't advise the market.
Director's fees are still to be taken so nobody is really uncomfortable until the money runs out.
Looks like Patersons and its opportunist mates will need to work a little harder for existing shareholders if they want to make a killing on the shell.
Sooner this company die and disappears the better. I've already written off my money.
