mbarring most likely the 495k raised already ran our or was predicted not to last too long, all speculation of mine of course but I'm guessing they did another placement in hopes it will last just long enough to figure out something else, looks like the company now is living pay cheque to pay cheque, and of course when its down to these levels forget finishing the plant its just paying the bills that's the focus.....
