sounds like to me that this multi national is just stringing apg along hoping they go into liquidation, so they can then waltz in and pick up the lot for a steal.
they must be aware of apg's financial position, so why would they pay money for just a licence when they could have the lot?
that or they want to pay less for the licence and know the longer they wait the more desperate apg will be to do a deal.
the sophisticated investors will have to run out of money eventually.
