Frosty they don't mention that it's 8 mil per plant plus the 20 mil that management stuffs into their pockets, that's why it has dragged out, unrealistic salaries and benefits plus the delays = unbearable costs for a company not generating revenue

And I completely agree with you I do thank those that are putting money in to keep the company going, I do hope this plant gets complete soon as they are the people that deserve to make a fortune for taking all this extra risk on other share holders behalf and I do know it's mainly top 20 share hders so I do thank them...
