With the closure of the rights issue, the company is now perfectly placed for the next phase of the process. With over $3M in cash, it is capitalised to take the Government to court, and win.
The hard yards have been done, we now have a nice simple process where we sit back and wait for the Government to capitulate. They capitulated in the Scomo case, they capitulated in the 45 days case, and they will capitulate in the Husic case. You simply cannot go around doing illegal things and then ask the AGS for the right to defend your illegal actions and be a model litigant.
Time to get PEP11 "back on track"
